We designed and fabricated a new generator rotor with removable brake plates, provided component rehabilitation, reassembly, and testing, and thoroughly inspected the hub and thrust collar plate, thrust bearing assembly, generator guide bearing, and turbine guide bearing, which included dimensional measurements. We also provided line boring of the coupling flanges with turbine/generator shaft flange coupled together.
