Health and safety are our first considerations in the operation of our business and execution of our projects. We work in challenging terrain, in complex environments, with heavy equipment, and with potentially dangerous systems. We know the risks our work presents, and we take a holistic approach to ensuring that safety is always our highest priority.
Empowerment Through Training
We provide education, up-to-date training, and the latest resources and technology to integrate safety into our everyday operations. Our management team promotes and influences safe behavior and adherence to strict safety program protocols that meet federal, state, and local regulations.
Engagement Through Feedback
Our operations and safety personnel work together as one team to find practical, economic solutions to a project’s safety concerns. We thoroughly consider employee recommendations to improve health and safety conditions and provide financial resources to correct unsafe conditions.

Our Safety Program
We maintain a comprehensive Health and Safety Program addressing all aspects of the work we do. We update it as we learn, as our industry evolves, and as regulations change. We commit to preventing damage, injury, or loss to our employees and anyone on our jobsites. The four tenets of our safety program are:

We ensure that all team members have the right training, tools, equipment, resources, and support to ensure a safe environment.
Protect the Environment
We take every precaution to avoid or mitigate any potential impact at, or within, the immediate vicinity of our job site.
Protect the Customer
We take a proactive approach to ensure that we protect the health and well-being, property, and good name of our customers.
Protect the Company
We operate in a compliant and ethical manner at all times. We ensure that our actions always reflect our company values and vision.
