JR Merit welcomed new team members Spring 2021

The JR Merit team grew by two with the addition of project manager Levi Seif in March and senior project manager Jared Roose in April.

Levi brings 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, with eight years focused in the Pacific Northwest. His experience includes mechanical piping for semiconductor, aerospace, and biotech clients. He brings a dependable and flexible approach to project work, and a fresh perspective to share with the JR Merit team. Outside of work, Levi enjoys football, hockey, baseball, woodworking, home improvement, and being out on the water, and he is working on obtaining his private pilot’s license. Levi has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.

Jared comes to the JR Merit team with more than 23 years of construction experience both in the field and as a project manager. He has specific project and leadership experience in aerospace, biopharma, semiconductor, pulp and paper, oil and gas, and commercial high-rise construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest and Gulf Coast regions. As a persistent and accountable project manager, he brings a unique perspective to problem solving and innovation, and he has created custom project tracking and reporting tools that have supported his successful project executions. In his free time, Jared enjoys supporting his three daughters in all of their sporting events, bow and rifle hunting, personal fitness, and playing practical jokes. Jared has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
