Celebrating Women in Construction Week 2023

It’s Women in Construction Week and this year’s theme of “Many Paths, One Mission” really resonates with us. As we’ve been engaging in strategic planning over the past few months, we’ve doubled down on our commitment to and investment in our people. We’ve clearly outlined career paths for all avenues of growth within our company, and all support our core mission of exceeding client expectations.

From the office to the field, women are integral to our growth and success in key roles. This week, and every day, we celebrate them and advocate for the continued diversification of our industry.

We’re thrilled to highlight some of the Women of JR Merit!

It’s a well-deserved advancement that will allow her to further develop her leadership skills.
