A Very Merry JR Merit Christmas
All may not be calm, but all is merry and bright as the JR Merit team celebrates the season in style. We recently held our annual holiday events: an Ugly Christmas Sweater competition in the office followed by our holiday party at Paddy’s Bar & Grill in Portland.
Sweater Weather
Our precision approach is the hallmark of our construction and management expertise, and rest assured our team brings this mindset to everything we do. The cheer was palpable as we showed off our ugly Christmas sweaters finery last Friday.
Preconstruction Manager Rich Spratt received top honors for his holiday getup, which featured mallard duck-adorned green corduroy pants and a furry feline sweater. Employee Experience Manager Ali Gadbaugh was close on his heels in her festive attire, taking second prize for her Grumpy Cat sweater and candy cane socks. From Darth Vader to helpful elves, the holiday spirit was alive and well at JR Merit headquarters, though our retinas may be a bit seared by what we saw.
Party On
The festivities continued Saturday evening as the team gathered with family for dinner and drinks at Paddy’s to celebrate the year’s accomplishments. Several team members reached milestone anniversaries this year and were honored at the event. Good times were had by all, and to all a good night!
